Refund Policy

At Lovelee Aesthetics, we prioritise transparency and clarity in our refund policy to ensure the best experience for our valued customers. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Prescription-Only Products:
   Our anti-aging wrinkle injectables and vitamin B12 injections are prescription-only medications. If these products are ordered for your booked appointment and you must cancel without rescheduling, we are unable to return the product to the prescriber. Therefore, all purchased products will be destroyed without a refund.
2. Consent Form Requirement:
   Before any treatment is administered, all customers must complete a consent form for health, safety, and insurance purposes.
3. Disclosure of Medical Conditions:
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their medical history on the consent form. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions that may affect treatment outcomes could result in adverse reactions for which Lovelee Aesthetics cannot be held liable.
4. Appointment Cancellations:
   Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the appointment, we will make every effort to reschedule to an alternative time or date. In the event that rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued, excluding prescribed medication.
5. Refund Processing:
   Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 working days and credited back to the original payment method or can be applied as credit for future appointments.
6. Emergency Situations During Treatment:
   While rare, in the event of a medical emergency such as fainting or anaphylactic shock during a treatment session, please be aware that aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks. Rest assured that your safety and well-being are our utmost priority. If an emergency occurs due to practitioner error, we will provide a full refund as part of our commitment to your satisfaction and care.  
7. Equipment and Safety:
   Lovelee Aesthetics exclusively uses equipment and supplies provided by our establishment. We do not utilize or handle any external equipment, solutions, or medications brought in by clients for insurance and safety reasons.
