The Terms and Conditions have to be met in order to get the best service that we provide:
Customers must always dress in adequate, appropriate attire/clothing for when your practitioner comes to your chosen place of comfort.
Aesthetics treatments needs to be administered in a sterile and clutter free space for safety reasons and also for hygiene purposes to stop the spread of infection on the treated area(s).
If the customer has pets then we would like to advise they keep them closed off (in another room if possible) while the treatment(s) are being carried out and also for the safety of our practitioners.
We strongly advise ALL customer(s) TO NOT take any alcohol/drugs while treatment is being administered and reframe from doing so until 24-48hrs after any treatments.
If DRUGS/ALCOHOL has been/being taken prior to the arrival/arrived practitioner then unfortunately the Treatment(s)/Appointment will be cancelled and NO REFUND will be giving.
Adequate space is needed for the equipment that we provide so please make sure there is NO obstruction(s) in the area that is being use to treat the customer.
Please make sure that your area of treatment i.e.: face, belly, arms are free from any make up or grease before the practitioner gets there to save time in clearing it off.
Rudeness, Disrespect and threatening behavior is NOT tolerated at any time during the treatment(s). And if so then the practitioner will leave straight away. hopefully this will never happen.
Payment(s) needs to be made before the treatment starts just to stop any products not being paid for.
We will provide the customer(s) with some after care info so please pay attention to what is said/mentioned in order to get the best results. If the customer(s) doesn't follow the instructed information then its down to the customer(s) to take responsibility for there own actions.
All practitioners will take ALL there belongings with them including ALL rubbish left over from the treatment(s). So there will be NO sharp objects and un-sterile cloths lying around after treatments is finished.
Just like to remind ALL customers that CHILDREN are NOT permitted in the designated treatment area at any time for safety reasons. And clients will have to leave the treatment area if the children need to be attended to.
